Keane(基因樂團)
來自英國East Sussex的Keane
很久以前就曾經聽過他們的許多首歌曲
但最近共鳴特別深刻
尤其是聽到【A Bad Dream】這首
搭配最近新聞不斷播報的歐洲難民潮
還有二次世界大戰七十周年的許多紀錄片
(安妮的集中營、東京大審判、南京大屠殺)
深深感受到戰爭的可怕
【A Bad Dream】歌詞中寫著：
I wake up, it's a bad dream 我驚醒過來，發現這只是一場惡夢
No one on my side 卻沒有人贊同我的看法
I was fighting 我一直戰鬥著
But I just feel too tired 但我只感到非常疲倦
To be fighting 而無力繼續

征戰沙場的士兵心聲，充滿著淡淡的悲傷與無奈
世界和平真的好難...
於是從【A Bad Dream】開始，認真聽了好多Keane的歌
好多首歌都好好聽，而且心靈有被安慰療癒的感覺
他們2003年5月發行的第一張單曲【Everybody's Changing】
歌詞說出了每個人的心聲了吧：

而且Keane是個沒有吉他手的樂團，全都是用鋼琴來演奏的!!
